Moss has only the best technicians. Sharjeel Khan was very thorough and diagnosed the problem. Came back replaced the defective part. I’ve had this problem for years and he was the first tech able to diagnose correctly and fix the problem. The price was reasonable for the amount of work and expertise required to get the job done right.

I was very pleased with Jeff Sutherland of Moss Heating and Cooling and his whole crew. They executed— everything with efficiency ,courtesy and professionalism. They placed sheets everywhere so not to ruin my house and carpets.. Jeff followed up on the workings of the unit on couple of times.
