Another great service appointment with Service Tech Richard. Prompt as usual, the issue was, of course, up in the boiling hot, cramped attic. No complaints. He provided several options and then completed the service in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Recently moved back to Dallas and was looking for a good HVAC service. Scheduled maintenance. Tanner came out and ran thru an extensive checklist and communicated very well with me. I highly recommend him and signed up for a maintenance agreement same day. Great job!

Today’s date 01/09/2025 I would like to take this time and say thanks to Moss Mechanical Company that showed professionalism, good attitude and a spirit of commitment about them. They put a complete HVAC (heating and air-conditioning )system in my home. It’s not everyday that all the workers starting with the salesperson showed they were working as a team and with integrity. Thanks again Moss Mechanical, Arthur Sherrod Today (6/23/2025) Moss Heating & Cooling came out for my every 6 months system inspection . Technician, Sharjeel Khan was an excellent representative for the company did his job and informed me of his findings and gave me a copy. Today, I just had a question and needed some information and Michael Nash of Moss heating and cooling was there as a representative to meet the need and responded accordingly to meet the needs of Moss heating and cooling customers. The team at Moss Heating & Cooling is incredible. I've dealt with several other AC companies over the years and they are hands down the best. They replace our upstairs AC unit and did an incredible job for a very fair price. I got quotes from 4 other companies and could not be more pleased that we went with Moss. If you need service, repairs, or replacement on your AC I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am always impressed with Moss. They have consistently responded quickly when I’ve had an issue with my systems. When I purchase a new system, they will be my first choice.

Great service received from Tanner Hall. This gentleman went above and beyond what I expected. Explained in detail of what his goals were and then set about accomplishing them. Great asset to the company, I will definitely not hesitate to use this company in the future.
