Once again, my heat died...on a weekend. Service was great, setting me up and the technician called quickly to tell me my place in line. He was there when he said, and did a very thorough inspection before fixing the problem. Richard showed me pictures, explained my options thoroughly, and gave me what I think is a good deal.

The people Moss employs are absolute rockstars. Richard is no exception. I had a new system installed yesterday but wasn’t getting heat the way I thought I should. Richard stopped by this morning, took about 5 seconds to spot the issue, and got things working like they should. He even took the time to explain what was going on, what I could expect in terms of timing, and assured me I made the right decision to call.
