Once again, my heat died...on a weekend. Service was great, setting me up and the technician called quickly to tell me my place in line. He was there when he said, and did a very thorough inspection before fixing the problem. Richard showed me pictures, explained my options thoroughly, and gave me what I think is a good deal.

Richard stopped by this morning, took about 5 seconds to spot the issue, and got things working like they should. He even took the time to explain what was going on, what I could expect in terms of timing, and assured me I made the right decision to call. He went over everything that he worked on, took pictures and discussed observations of our unit, and discussed how best to take care of it in the future.
