He had patience, understanding and then explained what is going on, based on his observations. He then did more than I expected. Measuring different air temperatures at the vents, and also checked the refrigerant in the A/C unit outside. It was slightly low. But in Texas, you can not expect much from A/C in the summer. He was polite, friendly, and represented his company in an exemplary fashion. He got down to business and did it efficiently. I love good service.

Another great experience with Moss HVAC. We started noticing our downstairs AC had stopped cooling, over the weekend. So I left a message for Bobby, our main contact, last night (Sunday) and they sent us out a tech already today, Monday. Javier did an awesome job here. He determined iur system needed a new outside condenser fan motor and capacitor. Fortunately he had all the parts we neededz, on his truck, and we were up and cooling in about an hour. Thanks Moss team! Great stuff!
