The install team of Miguel and Reynaldo was absolutely the A team. They arrived on time for install completely prepared and worked diligently as a seamless team, inside/outside, up/down. HIGHLY respectful, timely, competent. I got to be around for the entire install and could see the care and expertise in everything they did. We solved multiple issues that the prior system had at a fair price and I can already tell the house is more comfortable than it has ever been.

Moss Heating & Cooling had came out to do an inspection of our heating and cooling unit. Tanner did a great job going through everything and explaining everything he was doing. I would like to thank Chris my saleperson for not only being very detail about the changes to the HVAC system and taking pictures showing issues with old duct system. I got a great price on the new HVAC unit. My technician team Chris, Miguel and Rolando came in working...They were very professional and made sure no damage was done to the inside oor outside of the house or yard. After put in the unit I was shown how to change out the filter and work the new thermostat...I would recommend Moss Heating and Cooling. to my friends and family.. Thanks for a job well done...Thank you for making my experience a good one from the beginning to the end.

Arturo was amazing. He was thorough and did very well to explain everything to me. He was able to quickly find solutions to problems. He made recommendations for certain things that may need to be done, but was not pushy about them. I’m very satisfied with the service in this company and I will be calling them back if I ever need anything

Bobby and his guys did a fantastic job in replacing my complete HVAC systems. I received a text before arriving and once arrived always on time they were very kind and respectful. Bobby and all the guys patiently explained what the job would cover, how much, and how long it would take, everything that I need to hear. They were the true of their words. Moss price was also better than the other three other quotes. I love my AC

Very professional service, from diagnosing our A/C problem, to discussing several repair and replacement options. We chose to have our system repaired and it was the most economical choice. Other companies seemed to push hard for total system replacement which was not absolutely necessary. Moss will definitely be my go-to HVAC company for future needs.
