I can't say enough good things about Moss!
The last two technicians described the whole process of what they were doing and why, in as much detail as I could ask!
They give technical preventative maintenance tips, not just that you have change your filter, keep the units vents clean etc., no, they give you they give you reasoning for doing these things and give you things to look out for.
Tanner, the last Tech was really personable and very, very knowledgeable in his field.
I'd brought up some concerns about a possible solenoid or capacitor issue, so Tanner told me and showed me what he was looking for, showed me results and described what would be the normal tolerances. No company has to do this, and understandably, a lot of people don't want others looking over their shoulders when they're trying to work, but Tanner was a champ and he gave me some great insights as to what was going on inside the compressors.
With great customer service, very well established processes and technology, i.e. alerts, tracking, invoice and feedback generation etc., I feel validated in my choice of A/C companies.
I always come off a lot better educated after working with and talking with Moss!
