Another great experience with Moss HVAC. We started noticing our downstairs AC had stopped cooling, over the weekend. So I left a message for Bobby, our main contact, last night (Sunday) and they sent us out a tech already today, Monday. Javier did an awesome job here. He determined iur system needed a new outside condenser fan motor and capacitor. Fortunately he had all the parts we neededz, on his truck, and we were up and cooling in about an hour. Thanks Moss team! Great stuff!

Moss heating, cooling and plumbing was a very pleasant and informative experience for me. I came across this company on a whim at Lowe’s and I’m so glad I did because I’ve just found my new Heating, Cooling and Plumbing company for the rest of my life. I can’t say enough good things about Moss Heating Cooling Plumbing! After more than four years and 12+ service calls trying to get answers to ongoing issues, Nathan and Dustin came out and finally figured it all out in one visit.

They not only identified the answers to questions I’ve been asking for years, but also fixed some communication wiring that shouldn’t have been spliced and, most importantly, came up with an actual solution for the ongoing issues.

Tanner installed a brand new system at our daughter’s house in June 2024. He was so professional and so knowledgeable that we referred two other households to Moss (especially Tanner).
Tanner came to our house today because her system was down and due to his extensive knowledge he was able to correct the problem quickly
He represents the company with the highest level of integrity. We will continue to refer friends and neighbors to Moss if they need a new AC unit

Kind and helpful technician. He explained everything and fixed the problem very quickly.

Our AC is one year old and since we bought our new house the AC has never really been cooling the way a new AC should be. They came did some fixes even though the AC was cooling but it never reaches the temperature or takes a while to cool down. We have our one year warranty scheduled and Moss came to check the AC and said that the fan coil had to be replaced but the same day after they left the AC was no longer cooling. We have to literally put the temperature at 66 degrees for it to cool down to 74 degrees and the humidity is very high. We waited and they finally came to replace the fan coil we thought it would be better but not. It even got worse. The AC is literally not cold anymore. Everything got worse after Moss came. My AC has never been like that. They came again saying that whoever installed the fan coil didn’t do a proper job with the pipes so they will come back again. Last night my house was literally warm. We were at 76 degrees in the house even though we turn the AC on to 65 already nothing has helped. It’s getting worse with the days and we are having sleepless nights because of have warm it is. I don’t know how much longer we need to wait for it to finally be fixed. This is very disappointing and frustrating. I don’t know how they got the good reviews if they came 3 times and still the problem wasn’t fixed. This is seriously too bad right now. They don’t even take this matter serious.

Update from one star to five stars!!!:
After struggling with the AC not cooling at all for so long the AC is finally fixed. THANKS TO CRISTIAN CARRIZALES! He’s the one that finally found the problem. He’s the one that’s willing to come out after 8pm and took the time and effort to look for the issue. All the previous technicians that came never found the problem until Cristian came. We are very happy and satisfied right now. Even though it was a struggle but thank you Cristian and Moss AC and Heating to finally get the AC working.

He explained everything he tested and examined and what he was looking for. He also knew my system still had a factory warranty, which he also confirmed, and that any repairs that might have been needed would have been covered by that warranty. He ultimately determined that no repairs or replacement was needed. Tanner potentially saved me thousands of dollars and also earned me as a new customer for Moss. I appreciated Tanner’s thorough approach, the knowledge he shared about repairs, replacements, annd different systems, and his friendly attitude. Highly recommend Moss for any HVAC service needs.

8/7/2026. Tanner was came out today for a potential problem. He immediately found the issue and replaced a part that was about to fail with a better part. He also replaced our filters as a courtesy. He did an awesome job. Moss also does our maintenance. Over 40 years, they are the best HVAC company we have used. Cannot speak more highly of them.

I just needed to know my system was cooling efficiently. I figured out part of the problem was thermostat reading was -4 degrees off and corrected it thru settings.

Tanner is an amazing professional! He had a very challenging task with our AC drains. The work space was small and the system of pipes was not normal, but he never said anything other than “I’ll get it done.” He got both unclogged and both units are back up. Super experience all around.

Very pleased with work Angel and the Moss team. The AC installation was done with high quality to include test and clean up. I will use Moss in the future.
