The technicians from Moss always arrive on time, explain the work they need to do, and are professional

Another great service appointment with Service Tech Richard. Prompt as usual, the issue was, of course, up in the boiling hot, cramped attic. No complaints. He provided several options and then completed the service in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Recently moved back to Dallas and was looking for a good HVAC service. Scheduled maintenance. Tanner came out and ran thru an extensive checklist and communicated very well with me. I highly recommend him and signed up for a maintenance agreement same day. Great job!

The team at Moss Heating & Cooling is incredible. I've dealt with several other AC companies over the years and they are hands down the best. They replace our upstairs AC unit and did an incredible job for a very fair price. I got quotes from 4 other companies and could not be more pleased that we went with Moss. If you need service, repairs, or replacement on your AC I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am always impressed with Moss. They have consistently responded quickly when I’ve had an issue with my systems. When I purchase a new system, they will be my first choice.

Our A/C condenser crap out at the wrong time during very hot weather. I found Moss on line and their rapid response and attention solved our A/C problem. A few months ago, Moss Mechanical installed three new air conditioning and furnace units for me. They did a wonderful job. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. And very pleasant. Today a technician and his assistant came and serviced the units and checked to make sure everything was OK with the installation. They were very courteous and helpful. I seldom write such glowing reviews, but these folks have been great.

We had to replace a control wire that had been cut. It involved crawling under the house and pulling the wire across the crawl space. Not especially difficult, and fortunately I still fit under the house. Christian was here continuously from 9 to 2, and he worked efficiently. I am looking forward to years of trouble-free service from the HVAC.

Moss heating and cooling associates were very professional and take time to explain things to you in detail… Tanner Hall came over today to get my HVAC tune up done and he helped me understand the existing issues one one of the unit causing compressor overworking with actual reasons and measures in his HVAC instruments. He phased out the repairs and the maintenance plan that helps protect and save your HVAC systems without having to pay a few thousands for replacements… I am now really happy finding the technician that can explain me step by step and help me decided the expenses and get the maximum out of the HVAC units. He did a thorough inspection as well. He’s very detail oriented, professional, cordial and worked out with me on the pricing discounts and payment arrangement too… one happy customer!

Arturo figured out the problem in no time, showing me exactly what he had found and what the normal operation should be.He was extremely polite, efficient and detailed, showing me what he had found and the reason for it. I highly recommend asking for Arturo by name when you need servicing. Over the last 3 years Moss Mechanical has always been there for us. Tanner Hall is a sweetheart. We were having some issues with the AC unit. I called on a Monday and he was out there Tuesday. Did a deep clean and got it working. Sadly, we started having some issues again, as we needed a certain part and it wasn’t going to hold up. I called tanner right before 5 and he came out as an emergency right after. Talked with my boss, and helped him understand what was going on, came up with a game plan and made sure that everything was taken care of the next morning. My boss thrives on relationships and communication and Tanner excelled in that. Already coming out next week to make sure everything is clean and running smoothly. I’d recommend MOSS, good company and ask for Tanner! He is awesome. Thanks again for everything.

Really fast (showed up within 1 1/2 hour from when I called). Very knowledable. Quickly diagnosed circuit board failure. Replaced the board and the heat is back on. Follow up maintenance visit went very well. Juan was knowledgeable and professional.

Tanner Hall was my HVAC technician today and he was not about to give up, even though the job was quite challenging. He performed an extremely thorough visual of the problem and we made a plan going forward. Hopefully he should be able to finish the job tomorrow. Tanner is quite the professional and very respectful, and I would request him every time.
